Whether you're cooling off after a dusty ride or relaxing at camp under the open sky, this iced caramel latte brings together smooth espresso, creamy milk, and buttery caramel for the ultimate off-road treat.


Ingredients:

  • 1–2 shots of espresso (brewed using your portable espresso maker)
  • 3/4 cup cold milk (dairy or your favorite alternative)
  • 2 tbsp caramel syrup (plus extra for drizzle)
  • Ice (trail-ready tip: pack it in a small cooler or freeze water bottles to double as cold packs)

Gear You'll Need:

  • Portable espresso maker
  • Trail-ready cup or tumbler
  • Spoon or stir stick
  • Small cooler or insulated bag for milk and ice

Instructions:

  1. Brew Your Base
    Use your portable espresso maker to pull 1–2 shots of espresso. Let it cool slightly if desired.
  2. Prep the Cup
    Fill your cup with ice. Drizzle a bit of caramel around the inside of the cup if you're feelin’ fancy.
  3. Mix It Up
    Add the espresso over ice, then pour in the cold milk. Stir in the caramel syrup until smooth and golden.
  4. Top & Trail
    Give it a final stir, drizzle more caramel on top, and enjoy your iced caramel latte with a side of views and vibes.
