Please Note: Some of our products ship from different distribution locations, so your order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. This helps us get your items to you as efficiently as possible. Tracking numbers will be provided promptly for each shipment, so you can follow your gear every step of the way. Shipping Policy – Small Batch Custom-Roasted Coffee
At Off Road N Brew, all of our coffee is freshly roasted to order in small batches to ensure maximum flavor and quality. Because of this made-to-order process, please allow the following timeframes for processing and delivery:
Processing Time
- Roasting & Packaging: 2–4 business days after your order is placed.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) via USPS or UPS depending on location and order size.
- Currently, we ship within the U.S. only.
Shipping Rates
- Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Free shipping on all coffee orders.
- Coffee Equipment and Apparel have additional shipping cost.
Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update once shipped.
Shipping Notes
- Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address entry.
- During high-demand seasons or special releases, processing times may be extended slightly. We’ll notify you if that’s the case.
