Custom Coffee Orders
At Off Road N Brew, all of our coffee is small-batch and roasted to order, ensuring peak freshness and quality for every customer. Due to the custom nature of each order, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges.
However, customer satisfaction is very important to us, and we understand that issues can arise. If you experience a problem with your order—such as damage during shipping or receiving the wrong item—please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Each concern will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Custom Apparel & Merchandise
All apparel and merchandise from Off Road N Brew is made to order and often features custom designs inspired by the off-road and coffee lifestyle. Because of this personalized production process, we do not accept general returns or exchanges.
We understand, however, that issues can happen. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or significantly different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we’ll work with you to find a fair solution.
